The data is intended for authorized internal departments of the concerned entities and, where applicable, duly authorized service providers. In this context, data may be transferred to countries outside the European Union. Hopscotch Groupe ensures that such transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission. Data shall be retained for a maximum period of three (3) years from the date of last contact.
