In response to the rapid evolution of consumer behaviours and expectations, E.Leclerc needed to structure and establish expert and long-term voice on changing consumption patterns.

The creation of an Observatory served a dual objective: to highlight priority insights, particularly those derived from proprietary research, and to establish a visible reference platform within the public debate, designed as a genuine editorial and reputational asset for E.Leclerc.
