The objective was to position the cheese as a premium ingredient in professional kitchens while building relationships with the next generation of chefs and generating visibility within the culinary sector.
Sixteen apprentice chefs from the 2nd and 3rd year compete in pairs to showcase their creativity and skills. Their task: create a refined three-course menu featuring Pecorino Romano DOP as the main ingredient. A three-member expert jury evaluates the dishes and selects the winning team, which will receive a high-quality knife set and an exclusive feature in the renowned Rolling Pin magazine.
