VIC experience in Switzerland for a Haute Horlogerie Maison

Personalized support for a Swiss Haute Horlogerie house over four days, including the creation and coordination of bespoke client programs.

Design of exclusive experiences for guests, management of restaurant and spa reservations, as well as logistics related to vehicles, hairdressing, and makeup sessions. A dedicated team of 14 professionals was recruited and led to flawlessly meet every request.

A catalogue featuring 16 personalized activities was developed, with on-site management to ensure optimal preparation ahead of guests’ arrival. The procurement of specific items enabled the customization of these experiences and ensured maximum comfort for the guests.

Additionally, a wide selection of restaurants was curated, encompassing around thirty establishments, in collaboration with specialized partners: a chauffeur-driven transfer company and a professional hair and makeup agency.
