For more than twenty years, Hopscotch has developed a strong conviction: the strength of relational capital is a major driver of transformation. In a world shaped by profound transitions, the quality of relationships has become essential to mobilizing people, fostering engagement and delivering sustainable performance.
According to Hopscotch, relationship capital is an intangible asset that represents the value of connections and relationships between individuals, or between brands and their stakeholders. Hopscotch views relational capital as a strategic asset: a network of trust and positive interactions that facilitates cooperation, innovation and collective performance.
Hopscotch’s mission is to strengthen its clients’ relational capital in order to support their growth, advance their environmental and social commitments, and enhance their relationships with all their audiences within a framework of complete trust.
In 2020, Hopscotch’s talents co-authored the book Relationships: The New Gold of Business, published by Eyrolles. In this book, Hopscotch and its authors develop the idea that, in a hyperconnected world where products and services can quickly be imitated or replicated, what makes the difference is the quality and depth of the relationships between companies and their stakeholders, including customers, employees, partners, suppliers, the media and influencers.
Relationship capital therefore becomes a major intangible asset, comparable to genuine “gold” that generates a sustainable competitive advantage. Companies must consequently invest in trust, transparency, listening and personalization in order to build strong relationships.
For more than 20 years, Hopscotch has been committed to ambitious environmental and societal initiatives, validated by internationally recognized CSR certifications and labels, including RSE Agence Actives, ISO 20121 and the EcoVadis Gold Medal, with a score of 79/100 in 2025—the highest score in the Group’s history. In 2025, Hopscotch continued to integrate eco-design and circular economy principles into our productions by promoting the reuse of materials and developing solutions to reduce waste and extend the lifespan of resources. Far from being a constraint, these initiatives fuel our capacity for innovation and enhance the value of the experiences and campaigns we design.
Hopscotch continues to contribute to the transformation of our industry by supporting sector stakeholders in their responsible business initiatives. Hopscotch is actively involved in collective initiatives, including its participation in L’ÉVÉNEMENT to develop a carbon calculator, as well as in a working group within the Syndicat du Conseil en Relations Publics, dedicated to developing a CSR policy for the professional association. In 2025, Hopscotch was certified as a Great Place to Work, recognizing a corporate culture built on trust.
Hopscotch’s Executive Committee is fully committed to integrating sustainable development at the heart of the company’s overall strategy. From the outset of these initiatives, Benoît Désveaux positioned himself as a pioneer in this field, representing the Group before institutional bodies, the media, professional associations and trade organizations. Today, this commitment is collectively championed by the entire Executive Committee, which plays an active role in managing and embedding CSR priorities across the Group. To structure this approach, Isabelle Luoni, Global Performance Director, has been appointed by the Executive Committee to oversee procurement and CSR functions. She is also responsible for monitoring the Group’s certifications and labels.
Since 2004, Hopscotch’s teams have been fully committed to designing and delivering ambitious events, placing corporate social responsibility at the heart of every project. True to its pioneering vision, Hopscotch has continued to strengthen the integration of sustainable and inclusive practices across all its services, reaffirming its ongoing commitment to more responsible communications.
Hopscotch’s CSR strategy is based on three pillars:
1/ A mission: making relationship capital a standard in communications.
2/ A certified CSR strategy based on an organizational approach: clearly defined governance, an anti-corruption policy, a workplace well-being and inclusion policy, and a responsible procurement policy.
3/ Certified management systems based on an operational approach: a digital sobriety charter, a responsible influencer marketing policy, eco-design principles, and a preference for local and circular economic models.

Since 2022, Hopscotch has invested in a dedicated research and innovation unit tasked with evaluating new artificial intelligence tools and making them available to employees.
Hopscotch and its agency heaven launched Sublime studio, which specializes in generative content, conversational experiences and creative concepts, all powered by AI. Its guiding principle is clear: technological innovation must go hand in hand with responsibility and knowledge sharing.
At Group level, this ambition is reflected in a major training initiative designed to help employees adapt to changes in professional practices and adopt responsible uses of artificial intelligence. An AI Usage Charter, jointly drafted by the Innovation and Legal teams, defines the conditions for using these technologies and sets out their opportunities, limitations and associated ethical principles. More than 70% of employees have been trained in evolving professional practices and the responsible use of artificial intelligence.
To support the adoption of these new tools, an AI Open Forum has been made available to all employees. By opening these training initiatives broadly to all professional functions, Hopscotch is choosing an inclusive approach to innovation, avoiding any digital divide and placing people at the heart of its transformation.
Through its mission to strengthen the relationship capital of organizations, Hopscotch builds its approach around five pillars.
1. Innovation
Continuously evolving the communications industry in terms of its vision, methodologies, technologies and practices; harnessing collective intelligence, digital technologies and artificial intelligence to create experiences and relationships between organizations and their audiences.

Making our structures available to those who wish to undertake new ventures by fostering intrapreneurship, encouraging new initiatives, cultivating boldness and curiosity, and promoting continuous learning for all.
3. Talent
Promoting a working environment that supports diversity and inclusion, facilitates skills transfer, and strengthens the security and well-being of our employees. Implementing ongoing training, improvement and certification programs to enhance employees’ environmental, societal and social commitment.

Helping our ecosystem adopt responsible and inclusive communications by raising awareness, providing guidance, advising and supporting our clients, and developing responsible offerings and solutions.
5. Eco-Socio-Design
Working with our suppliers and partners to integrate responsibility considerations from the earliest stages of project design and uphold them throughout the implementation process. This means prioritizing transparent communications, minimizing the resources used, reusing and recycling materials, promoting inclusion and creating a lasting positive legacy.
