Paris2024 Olympic Games Monitoring

RATP
Monitoring Social Intelligence, research Mobility Institutional

The 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games represented a major challenge for mobility in Paris. As a leader in urban transport, RATP was expected to ensure the transportation of millions of residents of the Ile-deFrance region and spectators.

In this context, RATP sought to closely monitor its media and social media footprint, as well as its reputation.
The implementation of a dedicated monitoring system for the Olympic and Paralympic Games 2024 aimed to track in real time any publication mentioning RATP throughout the duration of the competitions, and to analyse emerging topics, forming communities, and weak signals arising from online conversations, the press, and social media.

Our fields of action

  • Implementation of real-time monitoring of conversations across all platforms (online press, X, Instagram, TikTok), with consultants mobilised 24/7.
  • Analysis of conversations, sentiment and perception of RATP within this context, as well as the communities forming around key topics, stakeholders and opinion leaders (politicians, associations, etc.).
  • Deployment of interactive Visibrain smartboards providing an overall view of media and social coverage, facilitating access to key information and enabling the rapid identification of weak signals and emerging topics before they gain momentum.
