Promoting a sports app among Quebec runners

The province has distinct linguistic, cultural, and seasonal realities that influence how runners train and how they engage with fitness content.

The brand needed a launch strategy that would feel authentic to Quebec audiences, spark interest among everyday runners, attract credible voices in the sports community, and begin shaping its identity within the province.

Campus Coach also needed to reach both consumers and industry stakeholders in order to position itself as an innovative player in the emerging sports technology space.

Our strategic and creative answer

We positioned Campus Coach as a supportive coaching companion that understands real Quebec running conditions. The creative direction focused on human stories, relatable training moments, and content formats that resonate strongly with runners across the province. By combining influencer voices, editorial content, original video production, media partnerships, and a signature community event, we created a launch that felt local, inspiring, and culturally aligned.

Influencer partnerships

We collaborated with five well known Quebec personalities ranging from elite runners to recognizable TV figures. Each produced a set of Reels, interviews, scenario videos, and stories that showcased the app in genuine training situations. Their credibility helped introduce Campus Coach with trust and personality.

Original content production

We produced ten running focused videos that captured practical coaching insights and real movement. These videos supported the influencers’ content and strengthened Campus Coach’s own channels.

Gifting program

To extend the campaign organically, we sent personalized kits to more than thirty micro and mid tier running creators across Quebec. Their authentic posts created additional visibility and reinforced the app’s place within the running community.

Media amplification

A strategic partnership with Urbania’s Dehors platform provided digital banners, a social media contest, and two newsletter inclusions with strong open and click rates. This allowed the app to reach Quebec audiences interested in outdoor activities and performance training.

Press relations

We developed a press kit, issued the official launch announcement, and contacted 145 journalists. This secured immediate interest, interviews, and confirmed print coverage in KMag.

IMPULSE event

To strengthen Campus Coach’s role within the sports and innovation ecosystem, we created and produced the first edition of IMPULSE in Montreal. The event gathered more than 100 participants and featured six speakers with moderation by a sports journalist. It delivered a thoughtful conversation about performance, inclusion, and new technologies, followed by a high engagement networking cocktail. A branded photo activation and curated hospitality experience reinforced Campus Coach’s identity and generated content and visibility within key professional circles.
